So over the past two weeks I have become obsessed with the Olympic games. I must confess my night-time routine consists of coming home, eating dinner, getting ready for bed and then remaining glued to NBC live coverage of the games (of course while trying to multi-task on the side). I jumped up and down in the living room when Michael Phelps won his 8th gold medal, I love watching May and Walsh destroy their opponents in beach volleyball, I cheer for the gymnasts when they stick their routines, and my jaw drops when I see how fast some of those runners run. I love these games and it is a good thing it is only for a few weeks because otherwise my productivity level would decrease substantially. Watching these incredible athletes makes me proud to be an American.

Clint has been in Beijing working at the games so it has been fun to hear his take on the games. He's been to the bird's nest, inside the water cube and even made it to beach volleyball, judo, tennis, and boxing! He says that the venues are simply amazing. He has even found some time to sample fried scorpion on a stick....tasty. Most of his time is spent arranging rides and coordinating the travel for the VIP guests of the US Olympic Committee.
