Then and Now

David is 6 Months Old!

I feel like the first three months are kind of a blur and that these last three months have just flown by. Between the holidays, travel, and ringing in the New Year somewhere along the way David turned 6 months.

His loves:

-rice cereal, sweet potatoes, carrots, pears, apple sauce, avocado, squash

-sitting in his highchair

-making sounds for more food (I think he is saying "could you hurry it up mom, I want more")

-making hyperventilating noises when he wakes up from his naps

-bath time and his flutter kicks

-rolling on his tummy

-reading books at night with daddy

-walking outside in the Bijorn

-Running with mommy in the BOB

-eating anything that has a pointy nose that fits in his mouth

-Skyping with his grandparents and cousins

-a bottle: he can scout one out from a mile away

His Dislikes (we are working on):

-consistent naps

-sleeping through the night...he teases us some nights, so we know he can do it

-tummy time

-The swaddle

-When he is not held

-When he doesn't have our FULL attention

6 Month Stats:

Height: 27 inches (70th Percentile)

Weight: 17 lbs. 11 oz (50th Percentile)

NOW: David 6 Months Old...stop growing so fast

THEN: David 5 weeks old
