The Road Ends Here

I think my fingernails are all down to stubs after watching the game last night. But after a 9 year drought the Dukies did it! They really were a solid team that more than anything knew how to be a team and play together. They have several sharp shooters and some guys that can rebound but it was not a team of 'super stars'. It just goes to show that when you work together and look out for each other....good things happen. David woke up crying and would not go back to bed with 3 minutes left in the game. So I did what any good mother would do.....picked him up out of his crib and told him he was watching the rest of the game with me and I would put him to bed after. There was no rocking and singing songs, we had a National Championship on the line! As you can see my mothering skills needs some fine tuning, but I am a Blue Devils fan through and through. Go Duke!
