Babysitting Hole

We discovered that if you bury your child in the sand....HE CAN'T MOVE. He actually was quite entertained and I think we are on to something. We will call it 'the babysitting hole'. With a shovel in hand, and plenty of sand to eat it may entertain him for AT LEAST 20 minutes.

Oh we love summer and we LOVE the beach! Our friends the Teeples organized a 'day at the Shore'. It was so fun to see all the kids running around and have time to chat and catch up as parents. It was a hot day and the sun was intense. Now our shoulders, necks, and backs are feeling the effects of it!

That is a GREAT idea! I will have to try that at Beach Day tomorrow. Your little guy is getting so big. How fun!

It's amazing what you can do in 20 minutes without kids! But now I will need 4 holes. And 3 will have to be big. And that would take about an hour for 20 minutes of rest. When I'd need 2 hours of rest after that. ug! That can be your Christmas photo for this year. It's a good one! ;)

He was so adorable being buried, especially when he was so entertained by Dallin's head "floating" in the sand. Such a sweetie!!
