Emma Gloria Kofford has arrived!
We told David that one of these days his little sister was going to pop out of Mommy's stomach and say 'Peek-a-boo'! On September 20th at 5:24pm Emma Gloria Kofford did just that. Anyone who has been through child birth knows that they don't just 'pop out' but it was a smooth delivery. When we arrived at the hospital I was dilated to an 8 and she was delivered a little over an hour later, just enough time to get settled and give the midwife time to arrive.
I was gearing up for another 10 pounder like her brother but she was a perfect 7 lbs 9oz, 20 3/4inches long and a full head of light brown hair. We are getting used to life with two little ones and have loved ALL the help we have received.
Welcome Baby Emma! We love you.

Congrats... what a sweetheart. Glad you didn't wait another minute to head to the hospital. You are one brave, pain tolerant mama! :)
